You must be familiar with if you are doing the SQE. Our Core Series books consolidate the facts and general principle of hundreds of cases, giving you all the information you need.
Every case referred to in the Core Series book forms part part of the core understanding of that subject and are described in detail. More detail than the other types of case summary books.
THE CORE SERIES TEXT BOOKS
These Core Series text books are a fully-fledged source of basic information, which tries to give the student comprehensive understanding for this module. It provides students with the general principles, the ratio decidendi of each case and shows the student how to apply the case. However, it is recommended that you compliment it with the further reading of the Q&A books to see how principles are applied. This book provides an analysis of the basic principles.
