Our GDL Core Series is a collection of books that cover all six of the substantive law conversion course topics. These topics include Contract Law, Torts Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and EU Law.
THE CORE SERIES TEXT BOOKS
In order to provide students a thorough grasp of this subject, the textbooks in the Core Series include extensive material. Each case is broken down into its ratio decidendi, and the learner is shown how to apply the ratio decidendi. It's advised, however, that you follow up with the Q&A books to show how the concepts apply. The fundamental concepts are examined in this book.
